Jillian qualified as a dentist in 2004 and has been adding to her impressive skill set ever since.
Nervous patients are just one of her specialities and her down-to-earth and friendly approach makes even the most worried patient feel calm and relaxed. Jillian takes the time to talk to all her patients and does her very best to make each appointment as stress-free as possible.
Jillian also has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry, facial aesthetics and adult orthodontics, as well as the unshakeable belief that affordable dentistry should be available to everyone.
Gary is the Business Manager and a Director at the clinic, ensuring that every part of the patient journey — from first enquiry to final visit — runs smoothly and with the professionalism our practice is known for. With a strong leadership role within the company, Gary works closely with the clinical and front-of-house teams to create a calm, organised and welcoming environment for all patients.
His responsibilities span daily operations, long-term strategy and the continued growth of the practice. Gary also supports our commitment to transparent, patient-centred care by overseeing elements of compliance and governance. As part of this, he acts as the secondary point of contact for patient concerns, stepping in to handle complaints impartially whenever needed.
Gary plays an important part in shaping the vision and values of the clinic. His approachable nature, attention to detail and dedication to delivering an exceptional patient experience make him a valued and trusted member of our team.
Michelle is the heartbeat of our clinic, ensuring every patient journey feels seamless, supported and genuinely cared for.
Beginning her career as a dental nurse, she brings over two decades of hands-on experience across clinical, administrative and patient-facing roles. This unique background allows her to manage the practice with both insight and empathy, always keeping patient comfort at the centre of every decision.
Over the years, Michelle has progressed through multiple roles — from the welcome desk to leadership — eventually becoming our Practice Manager. She has guided the clinic through major transitions, including the move from NHS to fully private care, always with a steady hand and a strong commitment to excellence.
Known for her calm manner and meticulous organisation, Michelle supports both patients and staff with the same level of dedication. She is passionate about continual professional development, staying updated with the latest standards in practice management and patient experience.
Whether she’s helping patients feel at ease, supporting the clinical team, or ensuring the practice runs smoothly day to day, Michelle is an essential part of what makes our clinic warm, welcoming and exceptionally well-run.
Niamh is a skilled and compassionate Dental Therapist whose gentle approach and clinical precision help patients feel completely at ease during their care. She graduated from the University of Birmingham with a BSc in Dental Hygiene and Therapy and was awarded the prestigious Clinical Excellence Award — recognition given to the highest-performing clinician across all practical disciplines in her year.
Her training spanned restorative dentistry, paediatrics, radiography and preventive care, giving her a strong, well-rounded clinical foundation. Today, she brings that expertise to our patients through meticulous hygiene treatments, comfortable periodontal care and a calming presence that helps even the most anxious patients feel understood and supported.
Niamh is passionate about modern, evidence-based dentistry and is fully trained in Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) using EMS Airflow technology. This advanced technique allows her to remove plaque and staining gently, safely and with exceptional comfort — often transforming how patients feel about hygiene appointments.
